softens tough meat, enhances the flavour and improves the yield rate. It increases the value of processed meat products, as they can be  processed taste neutral. This effect endures also in frozen state and can also be used with seafood.


1. Use this product at a ratio of 0.5 - 1.0 % of the weight of the meat. * Dissolve this product in 6 to 9 times the amount of water.

2. Soak the meat in that diluted solution. * Do not add any other seasonings.

3. Let it rest for at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Also durable in frozen condition. Can also be used with seafood.

If you want to add other seasonings you should do that after the resting time. Sometimes the meat gets a slightly salty taste.
